A few coastal showers during the early morning, but as the day progresses, showers will develop more widely inland, some turning heavy. The most frequent showers are expected across Wales and southwest England, while Ireland will see longer spells of light rain. Highs reaching 14C in the south, but only 10C in the north.

Rain and showers will gradually clear through the evening, leaving mostly dry conditions overnight. However, a few coastal showers are likely to persist along eastern coasts of Scotland and England. Minimum temperatures falling to 7C in the south and 4C in the north.
 


Friday
Eastern coastal parts of England and Scotland will continue to see scattered showers throughout the day. Elsewhere, it will begin largely dry with a few inland showers developing during the afternoon, clearing away by evening. Highs of 14C in the south and 12C in the north.
 


Saturday
A fairly dry start with sunny spells, especially across Scotland and England. During the afternoon, rain will spread into Ireland and western Scotland, while a few showers develop across eastern parts of England and Scotland. Highs of 12C in the south and 10C in the north.
