UK Forecast - November 02, 2024
Rather cloudy and foggy.
Sunny spells Sunday.

Sunday
High pressure to the east continues to bring a light southeasterly flow, drawing in drier air from the continent. This setup will result in another dry day, with brighter conditions and occasional sunny spells, particularly in far eastern counties. Thick cloud cover will persist over the west and southwest. Afternoon temperatures are expected to reach around 12°C in the north and up to 14°C in the south.

Sunday Night
Expect clear spells throughout the evening and overnight, with fog developing mainly over Scotland, where it could become dense in some areas. Most other regions will remain fog-free. Minimum temperatures will be between 8-10°C for most areas.

Monday
Expect another mostly cloudy day with areas of low cloud and morning fog patches over Scotland. Central and southern parts may see some brighter spells, though thick cloud will move in from the south by afternoon. Overnight, fog is expected to develop across England, Wales, and Scotland. Maximum daytime temperatures will reach around 12°C in the north and 14°C in the south.

Tuesday
Expect a foggy start for areas in the east, with dense fog that will be slow to clear but should start to lift by the afternoon. Moving westward over Ireland, thick clouds will roll in, bringing a chance of a few showers, primarily in the far western counties. The northeast can look forward to drier and brighter conditions throughout the day. Afternoon temperatures will stay on the cooler side due to the lingering fog, with highs of 8-10°C in most regions. However, western Ireland may see temperatures rise slightly higher, reaching up to 14°C.
