As high pressure shifts eastward, a southeast breeze will bring a gradual improvement in conditions, with cloud cover thinning. A few light showers may develop over Ireland and Wales, but they will be brief. Afternoon temperatures will reach 8°C in the south and 10°C in the north. Overnight frost is likely in Scotland.

A sunnier day compared to recent ones, though Scotland will still see some lingering thick cloud. England will enjoy the brightest conditions, while a few showers may develop in western Ireland. Later in the evening, thicker cloud will push in from the south. Highs will range between 9-10°C.
